1967 Dormobile Camper

This was a great project with a well documented history. The bus was originally purchased at the Wolfsburg factory by the current owner’s father while in the U.S. military. He drove it to the Dormobile factory in the UK for the conversion. The bus was used both extensively in Europe and the U.S. for family vacations. The daughter took possession of the bus to have it completely restored. It was agreed from the beginning of the restoration that because the interior was so well cared for it was removed, cleaned and reinstalled as it was by Dormobile. A true time capsule.
