Our Process
Every project begins and ends with a conversation. Clear and honest communication is critical to the success of your project. Throughout the process, you will receive emails communicating next steps, requests for approval, and photos (lots of them). At the end of your project you will be provided with a photo record of all work performed.
Estimate
You will be given a written estimate for a repair, restoration, or custom project when possible. There are many unknowns when doing a complete restoration such as prior work, unseen concerns, or complexities within a build. Establishing a build path is critical. No repairs are conducted without customer approval.
Build Path
We work with each customer to establish a clear and workable build path. Each build path is a well-defined plan for the car’s chassis, wheels, body, interior, and electronics. This plan creates a fluid build, resulting in the least amount of changes, which helps keep your costs down.
Paint
We use only the best paint materials available and our painters are certified by the paint manufacturer. The same paint process that the manufacturer recommends on your new car is used on your vintage car, ensuring a long-lasting finish. Our spray booth is a high-tech, fully automated system. Spray equipment is the newest available and VOC compliant.
Parts
We use only the best replacement parts available including original German used parts, pristine old stock, and high-quality aftermarket parts.
Our Equipment
We have full metal fabrication capabilities, small frame straightening equipment, a Chief universal measurement system, Lincoln welding equipment, Festool vacuum sanding machines, state-of-the-art spray booth with spray guns and curtained-off clean room.
