“We took the car out for a test drive, windows down, just rolling through the country roads. Ran like a top. I hadn't really driven my car in 20 years tbh, but upgraded suspension, front disc brakes, addition of 4bb Edlebrock, HiPo manifolds and dual exhaust made the ride a bit more spirited than it's been in the past. He (John, SOMC) gave me a USB drive with over 2,400 photos of the restoration in progress. We're a bit past the point of trying to figure out just what it's worth, but it was my first car, and one I've owned for the past 37 years, so I wanted it done right, and I wanted to drive it and show it. He accomplished both goals, and it exceeded my expectations.”
